"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts." - Bertrand Russell
Yeah, maybe this is why Huebsch shouldn't be Speaker.
I'll have my own thoughts on this shortly, but in the meantime, Josh Schroeder hits the nail on the head as to why Mike Huebsch would be a terrible choice for Speaker.

Yeah, maybe this is why nobody should take the advice of the recess supervisor:
Endorsements: Doyle & Falk
Now you want to weigh in on who is best able to be the next speaker? I don't think so.
Did you look at the numbers from last week? There were a lot of Republicans that voted for Doyle.
I don't pride myself on being partisan. I pride myself on being objective. If you want the captain of the Titanic, you're welcome to have him. And when Doyle is breezing a Democratic agenda through two houses of the Legislature in 2009, don't blame me for not warning you.

There are few people in that legislature who would be worse than Kaufert.
He needs to be far away from this next budget and far away from leadership.
