First, there was this debacle, which as we know, did NOT end well for anyone involved, except maybe Dee Hall, who was able to gravy train off the downfall of this relationship for half a decade.

Now, there's this request for a restraining order to keep the latest nutty woman away from Rep. Scott Suder. She says she had permission to spend his money. He says she didn't. This one smashed her way into Suder's house through a basement window. I think I recall a tale of Lyndee Wall going bonkers at some point and trying to take out a window at a downtown bar (and readers, if your memory is better than mine, the juicy details can go in the comments section).
Do we see a pattern here?
But on the plus side, at least she didn't try to steal any of his highway maps.

I enjoy your column but (as I'm not "an insider") many of your references, names, etc. don't mean anything to me. That's OK.
Who is this a picture of?
Suder? and .......
Is this another example of a sanctimonious etc..?
Suder's in the middle, and that's Lyndee Wall on the left. That's all that really matters. Many insiders believe that had Suder and Lyndee's relationship not come to a somewhat ugly end in early 2001, Lyndee never would've run to the press and the caucus scandal may never have happened.
Suder better hope this one is crazy, because if 1/10th of the stuff she is spreading around Clark Co. is true, he will need a new job in a couple of months.
Oh, you're such a tease.
I don't know any of them, but after reading their respective schtick, I have to wonder if a more accurate frame might be *Could Someone Please Find These Women A Sane Boyfriend?* Suder looks and sounds like just another phony little Napoleon to me. Am I wrong?
RS-
Do you think that perhaps there is a reason why Suder can't get a "sane girlfriend"? Perhaps he scares the sane ones off?
The women Scott dates are sane when he meets them. He drives them crazy with his lies, and premeditated manipulative schemes, which he plays out. I feel sorry for the girl. I'm sure he knew of her past, he's very familiar with the Wisconsin Circuit Court Access. He chose her as a front, knowing that when he had no more use for her, he had cards that he could play. Poor Scott, the victim again.

Hmmm, let's see. I think there is a pattern here, other than the one everyone is thinking of.
Serial failed relationships. From the report it appears she went looking for his gun.
When Angel Zien, product of one of a series of failed relationships, decided she needed to take extreme measures to get through to Dave, she stole his guns.
Two peas in a pod.
So, the problem isn't that it's difficult for Scott Suder to find a sane girlfriend. Scott Suder hunts for vulnerable women and when he hooks one he manipulates her and uses her and then throws her away.
The Democrats ought to recruit a candidate who is willing to talk straight about "family values" and has the record to back it up. Like marrying a woman and sticking with her and treating her right, even when he's away on a hunting trip. And, like, supporting his kids.
In terms of "family values", Scott Suder is no different the Chair of the Brown County Republican Party.
To the person who sent me that fantastic rumor circulating about what may or may not have been found at the Suder residence, thanks. I got a huge laugh out of it. Unfortunately, without some sourcing or verification, I'm afraid I can't post it. It's one thing to have opinions, but what you shared, IMHO, crosses the line.
Besides, if what you said is true, it'll all come out in due time anyway.
Thanks again for the laugh, though.
Tim Swiggum, Mayor of Owen, ran against Suder last year and it is said he will try again. Swiggum has a wonderful wife and daughter and is a stand up guy. It is very difficult to beat an entrenched incumbent especially one as slippery as Scott Suder. My hopes are that some of the "rumors" you have eluded to will come to light. With the restraining order against this current ex-girlfriend, it will be difficult to hear the rest of the story. It still seems pretty wimpy to seek a restraining order against a woman who has never been accused of threatening him in any way. He is trying to discredit her before she does a Lyndee and nails him to the wall.
In Suder's defense, I do believe the request for a restraining order alleged that this woman attempted to break into his house through a basement window. I can appreciate why he took the action that he did.
I think there are a lot of crazy people out there and I feel just awful because all he was trying to do was be nice to this girl in letting her stay with him while she was "sick" and couldn't manage to keep her own place to live. Everyone needs to stop judging before they know the story.
What about Sue Lalle [spelling?]?
