Aww. I wanted a pony, too!

You have to wait for an Obama presidency to get your pony, John. But if you do, I heard that he promised you'll get one with wings!

So:

IF you're in Madison, particularly

IF you're in the Capitol

THEN you know about/can get free ice cream.

Not Waukesha County fairgrounds, nor the State fairgrounds, nor the Vilas County fairgrounds.

Hmmmmm. The term 'target audience' comes to mind.
