For everyone in Wisconsin who got their panties in an enormous knot over a couple of graphic artists putting together campaign literature on a state computer, Rod Blagojevich would like to teach you a thing or two about corruption.
You really should read the indictment. There's so much priceless stuff in here that I wouldn't even know where to begin quoting it. Although if I had to pick one spot, this would be it.
Classy.
If stuffing fundraising mailers in a leggie office is your idea of corruption, Wisconsin, you're running the cleanest f@#$ing government in the nation.

ROD BLAGOJEVICH said that the consultants (Advisor B and another consultant are believed to be on the call at that time) are telling him that he has to “suck it up” for two years and do nothing and give this “motherfucker [the President-elect] his
senator. Fuck him. For nothing? Fuck him."
ROD BLAGOJEVICH states that he will put “[Senate Candidate 4]” in the Senate “before I just give fucking [Senate Candidate 1] a fucking Senate seat and I don’t get anything.” (Senate Candidate 4 is a Deputy Governor of the State of Illinois).
Classy.

True,
But if Mike McCabe can't fund raise for his salary off the scandal, is it really a scandal?
That people give enough money each year for McCabe AND Jay Heck to make a living peddling their hypocrisy is positively astounding.
Don't forget that Steve Walters and Capitol Press corps just love getting quotes from those two monkeys. Can you say disclosure? They want everyone else in politics to reveal their donors - just not them.
Yeah, Blago could teach politicos here in Wisconsin a thing or two about real corruption, not this namby-pamby stuff they've been passing off as corruption.
Excuse me!
That WAS a scandal and I understand your former boss was among those in the thick of it.
I'm glad they're all out of state government.
That's why Russ Decker is way out of line when he thinks it's OK to line his pocket with campaign cash AND claim a per diem.
Not all of us non-capitol-insiders are stupid, RS.
