Larson staffer uses kids as props in staged efforts at civil disobedience
Seriously, Justin? Go play outside with your kids instead of hauling them into work and using them as puppets. Kudos to the Capitol Police for handling the event so tactfully.

I'm completely appalled by Justin's actions. It's just a jerky thing to do to the Capitol police.
"Our fight, if won, would benefit people of all ages. But most of all we were inspired with the desire to give to our young a true sense of their own stake in freedom and justice. We believed they would have the courage to respond to our call."
? to Anon #2: How is the DOA in contempt or in violation of the court order? The court order has said there should be no taping of signs in the Capitol given its standing as a historical building.
Fine have your first amendment rights but my goodness teach your children to be upstanding people. Just because you have the right to protest and hold signs doesn't mean that you teach your kids to be jerks to the Capitol police so you can make a story out of it for the news cameras. Really? Come on now Justin that is exactly what you were doing...it's so wrong on so many levels.
So the Democratic kids can't break administrative codes banning signs, but the adult Republicans can twist a TRO into a pretzel? Great civics lesson there.

We continue to see the DOA in contempt of a court order. Their actions are unlawful in addition to being a violation of the first amendment.

@Kevin- They didn't tape the sign anywhere. They were holding it.

No taping of signs, eh? Maybe someone should tell that to the DOA...
