Everyone saw this one coming after Frontier announced reductions in service at Mitchell.
Frontier Airlines will cut nearly 500 Milwaukee employees - nearly half of them flight crew members based at Mitchell International Airport - as a result of a major service reduction here.
Those job cuts will occur in April, according to information Frontier filed Monday with the state Department of Workforce Development under the state's layoff notice law.
Frontier said 446 employees will be affected by the cuts, to occur between April 15 and April 30. About 230 employees are flight crew members who will be reassigned to bases outside Milwaukee, the company said in its filing.
Severance will be paid in stale chocolate chip cookies.
(It's Working? is a counter to our friends at the MacIver Institute who
believe that Scott Walker's proposals are succeeding by simply telling
themselves over and over again that the numbers are lying and that, in
fact, It's Working!)

Don't worry the MacGruber Institute will continue to run its all time worst slogan for a pro incombent state governor in a recession for millions and millions of dollars of more ads. Mission Accomplished was one banner, good job Brownie was 10 seconds in time, this is months of stupid commercials when the job number keep on getting worse. I am eagerly wait for the pro Tim Russell ad campaign, Trust You Can Take to the Bank and the pro Walker scandal ad campaign, Honesty is just feet from you.
The airline industry is one of the most stable industries around. It would seem to be a slam dunk for Walker not to screw it up.
